Our family, company, and passion for excellence were born out of necessity in the Florida Keys. The D'Ascanio family's turnkey design-build firm simply could not find outdoor products that would last.
While the D'Ascanio family was eager to build an outdoor brand, it took joining with the Zimmermann family in New Jersey to make their dream a reality. These two families still own (and argue over) the business today.
The Coastal Source family has now grown far beyond the two families that started the business. Our tight-knit team is truly what makes Coastal Source great. We love working together and we love what we do.
