Jennette M. Kollmann is an experienced lighting designer with a passion for client interaction, the creative design process, and delivering unique lighting solutions that enhance her clients’ design vision. As a Senior Lighting Designer at MaverickLite, she provides high-end services that include schematic design, construction documentation, and value engineering to meet a variety of project needs.

Kevin has made strides in building and supplying an excellent support system for our dealers in the North East US. Kevin is responsible for developing our landscape, design, and build channel, working directly with our customers to ensure they are ready to present Coastal Source products to their clients. Passionate about everything he does, Kevin brings zeal and incomparable effort backed up by years of experience and knowledge.
Kevin is powered by his sense of humor and love for life. He devotes himself to gardening and landscaping in his spare time. Exercise is how he recharges – a walk in the great outdoors to enjoy nature is his favorite way to do so. A dedicated family man, Kevin spends as much time as possible with his wife and 2 children.

DIRECTOR OF SALES
As Director of Sales for Coastal Source, Pete leads sales operations and growth of the company, managing a team of regional account executives and independent rep partners. Pete serves as the liaison for large-scale projects, partnering with dealers, architects, and clients to ensure the best implementation of our products. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Pete is a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional results for Coastal Source. Pete is motivated by the mission of Coastal Source to create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces that enhance the quality of life for our clients, and he brings diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization.
JASON SANDERS
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
After 11 years (and counting), Jason has worked on nearly every facet of Coastal Source. That broad experience puts him squarely at the helm for several teams. Managing the customer service, tech development, and dealer resources teams, Jason provides direction and leadership for all our communications. He can also jump on a call to provide advanced tech support, put the finishing touches on our packaging designs, and create new training programs – all before clocking out for the day. You’ll run into him on the training and trade show trail as well, where he contributes as both a creator and presenter of numerous training sessions and trade show expos.

With 9 years at Coastal Source already in his rear view mirror, Jon leads our sales, marketing, and operations. Jon’s goal is to build the best company we can, meaning both our product and our personnel must be nothing short of excellent. Jon seeks to surround himself with passionate people who desire success – with a team like that, he’s ready to take on the world.
Jon is always ready to hear both sides of the story, always working to deal fairly and honestly because everything happens for a reason, and everyone deserves a chance. As a father of 3 kids, being a part of their lives and guiding them is the #1 priority. Born with a green thumb as well, Jon enjoys gardening, landscaping, and building a number of projects at home.
ADAM DOMURAD
SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST
Previously a Coastal Source Platinum dealer and enthusiast, Adam joined the team as a Sales & Marketing Specialist so he could spread the word about our best-in-class products. He specializes in helping new dealers as they come on board with product and best practices trainings. When he’s not training new dealers, you can find Adam on the road with the Factory Pro Team assisting with van and dealer trainings, as well as helping with our CSU Live webinars and product videos for our website.
Adam is an audiophile at heart and enjoys sitting and listening to music just about every day. He loves watching movies in his media room equipped with a total of 14 speakers. Yes, Top Gun sounds amazing! He also enjoys cooking, specifically BBQ on his Traeger, and hosting bonfires with friends.
