RAZOR PLANTER ORDERING GUIDE
The Razor Planter is an incredibly flexible configuration of the Razor series of speakers. It is buildable in all three sizes of Razor, in both colors, and with any combination of speakers. This yields an enormous number of possible configurations. This guide is intended to help you build this unique product with all the necessary components.
STEP 1: SELECT YOUR SIZE
You can create the Razor Planter using the 100 Series, 200 Series, or 300 Series, depending on the needs of your space.
Example Configuration: 300 Series
STEP 2: SELECT YOUR COLOR
You can choose between black or white for the Razor Planter.
Example Configuration: White
STEP 3: CHOOSE ACTIVE SIDES
Each Razor Planter has 4 sides that can use an active speaker or a blank. You could have 1, 2, 3, or 4 active speakers in a configuration. These can be the same speakers or different.
Example Configuration: 2x RZ310WT (3-Way Speaker) + 1x RZ350WT (Subwoofer)
STEP 4: CHOOSE YOUR BLANK ENCLOSURES
You will need Razor Blank Enclosures to fill in any sides where active speakers are not needed. This could be 1, 2, or 3 blanks depending on your configuration.
Example Configuration: 1x RZX300WT (300 Series Blank Enclosure)
STEP 5: ADD THE RAZOR PLANTER KIT
To complete your Razor Planter, you will need a Razor Planter Kit that matches the size of your Razor Planter. This kit includes the planter insert, mounting feet, and necessary hardware to assemble the planter.
Example Configuration: 1x RZX037 (300 Series Razor Planter Kit)
STEP 6: PLACE YOUR ORDER
While adding the speakers to your cart, be sure to select “Free-standing” as your installation type for the Razor speakers. Once the Razor speakers, blank enclosures, and Razor Planter Kit are in your cart, you can complete your order.
NOTE: This product ships as a kit that needs to be assembled by the installing dealer.

CABLING YOUR RAZOR PLANTER
As there are so many possible configurations, cabling needs will greatly depend on your final selections. Razor Speakers have between 1 and 5 CMC connections per speaker. For scenarios where more than 2 speakers are on a single amplifier channel, we have created a CMC Series Y-Cable / Audio Y-Divider. This allows you to run 4 Razor speakers on a single amplifier channel by utilizing Series/Parallel wiring techniques. (Please see the Razor Planter User Guide below for more information)
